"Alex was Incredible"
I am the mother of a wonderful 21 year old daughter. She is more than any parent could ever wish for. Being the parents of a wonderful young woman, we decided in May of 2004 that she should consider strongly the purchase of her 1st home. Only problem was she is in Orlando area and we, the parents, are in the Tampa area. We needed someone we could trust to help our darling daughter buy her first home. Finding such a person was paramount. We decided that if we could not find someone to help her and look out for her best interest we would hold off having her buy her 1st home. We are just too far away to give her the help she needed and we also did not know the Orlando area at all. We interviewed many Realtors. When we interviewed Alex Abrams, aka "mistercondo" we then felt we had found someone with whom we could trust out daughters best interest to. Alex even out-performed out expectations. He was wonderful to work with. He did everything humanly possible to make things as easy and comfortable with us as possible. Always keeping us informed on day to day situations. My daughter works long hours and Alex was always there to show her neighborhoods, homes, condos. Never took a moment off if he felt he could help in some way. He was extrordinary in regards to being patient, cool under fire, collected, always a calming factor. Alex has been through this many times. Our daughter has not. Alex treated her every concern as it was the most imoportant thing in the world yet always keep things calm, and moving in the right direction.
I can not say enough about this kind, warm, wonderful, exceptional man. I definitly hope others use take advantage of his experience and people skills as he has so much to offer. There is a difference in Agents. Alex is proof of that.
